A Hinterland Harvest is as much about the brilliance of the food as it is about the location, atmosphere and unprecedented experience with world-class chefs.
You’ll enjoy a spectacular four-course lunch prepared by international chef Raymond Blanc (Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons), who not only trained some of the world’s best chefs including Marco Pierre White, but whose restaurant in Britain has retained two Michelin stars for over 30 years. Joining him in the kitchen is Nelly Robinson, owner of the culinary progressive Sydney restaurant nel. (currently ranked in Australia’s Top 100 Restaurants) and local plant-based champion Alejandro Cancino (ex-Urbane, Brisbane).
To say this is a tour de force of international and domestic cheffing talent is an understatement. You’ll be blown away by this afternoon, where you’ll be guided around the grounds of the stunning venue, Weddings at Tiffany’s, as an acoustic artist plays in the garden, overlooking one of the Sunshine Coast’s most breathtaking vistas.
