Brouhaha Brewery is opening its kitchen doors to GOMA chefs Matt Blackwell & Mike Bickford, inviting them to create a one-off menu that flaunts locally sourced produce. If a relaxed afternoon spent at a local microbrewery relishing a five-course degustation sounds like something you’d love, then this Culinary Collective event is for you.
Brouhaha Brewery reflects the principles of its hometown, Maleny, embracing the local community, slow food and fresh local produce. Their chef James Ostridge is passionate about the Sunshine Coast hinterland and the local ingredients cultivated there. Matt & Mike are both highly awarded chefs, heading up the team at GOMA’s hatted restaurant, and will inject their unique spin and talent into the microbrewery’s kitchen.
Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy Matt & Mike’s collaboration with Brouhaha – where a couple of Queensland’s finest chefs get into brewery-mode and offer you a relaxed five-course degustation with matching beers, that utilises the best of the Sunshine Coast’s incredible produce.
