Prepare for a dining experience not to be missed, with one of the finest international chefs, Raymond Blanc (Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons) and two Australian-based prodigies, Alejandro Cancino (Lola’s Pantry) & Troy Rhoades-Brown (Muse).
As chef patron of the acclaimed Belmond Le Manoir in Oxfordshire, England, Blanc has retained two Michelin stars for an astounding 34 years. He has also trained and nurtured some of the UK’s most respected chefs in his kitchens, 33 of whom have gone on to gain Michelin stars for themselves. Raymond has been appointed an honorary Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) in recognition of his services to the British food industry. He has also been awarded the National Order of the Legion of Honour, the highest French order of merit for military and civil merits.

While Alejandro Cancino was executive chef of Urbane, the slick and chic venue was Brisbane’s only three-hatted restaurant. He left last year to launch the plant-based Lola’s Pantry in the Sunshine Coast’s Kuluin. Meanwhile, Troy Rhoades-Brown has consistently been awarded two chefs hat for Muse Restaurant in NSW’s Hunter Valley, which champions regional and seasonal produce from local farmers.
