Australia’s Peter Gilmore and Analiese Gregory will join forces again in the kitchen for an all-out lavish, long lunch, held in the stunning surrounds of Yandina Station on the Sunshine Coast’s breath-taking hinterland.
Peter Gilmore, named Citi Chef of the Year at the 2019 Good Food Guide Awards, is one of Australia’s most awarded chefs. He’s been at the helm of Quay since 2001, where it has been awarded three chefs hats for an unprecedented 16 consecutive years.
Analiese Gregory, head chef of Hobart’s two-hatted Franklin restaurant, spent five years alongside Peter at Quay working her way up to sous chef, before heading to southern France to work with Michael Bras at his eponymous restaurant (which held three Michelin stars at the time).
Overlooking Mount Coolum, Peter and Analiese will prepare an incredible three-course lunch, served with matched wines.
