People, Plates & Places takes people and plates to places where the food is grown. Our amazing restaurant without walls creates memorable plate-to-paddock dining experiences for our guests.
Our guests will meet and hear from the beef farmer, the vertical food producer and the microbrewer who are contributing produce to the six course meal and refreshments. Our Quintessential Chef, Sean Heyward, will create a unique menu showcasing the produce from the farm – grass finished black angus beef, leafy greens and herbs, as well as other locally-sourced produce. Where possible, we source chemical free produce.
In consultation with the Quintessential Chef, the brewers will create a unique blend especially for the Restaurant Without Walls dinner.
You will enjoy a communal dining experience of good food, good wine, good craft beer and good company in the paddock. Join us, meet new friends and taste the delights of the local produce, before kicking back to watch the sunset and relish the artisan cheeseboard around the fire pit.
