With a toot and a whistle you’re away as local Chefs Matt Golinski, Mark Johnson and James Barnden create your 5-course degustation journey. Local produce will be the hero for each course, complimented with matched beverages and entertainment. From start to finish on board the return journey to Amamoor, the story of food, wine and local produce will be proudly on show.
Each carriage that carries you on your culinary journey has its own unique character. Local volunteers will be on board to serve and share stories of the region, its produce and the Mary Valley Rattler line.
