Formerly from the two-hatted Ten Minutes By Tractor Restaurant in the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Stuart moved over to the Sunshine Coast in 2018 and took the reins of the iconic Harry’s on Buderim. With a focus on local produce, Stuart creates seasonal menus and monthly degustation events.
