The Curated Plate pays deepest respect to the Traditional Custodians of this country; the Kabi Kabi and Jinibara peoples of the coastal plains and hinterlands of the Sunshine Coast.

First Nations people are the original storytellers and artists of these lands and we honour the rich cultural contributions that First Nations people bring to our Festival.

Glaze and Graze

“Glaze and Graze” by Providore Privee

Ticket price $140

Get creative and catered at this special plate glazing workshop. Enjoy a four course meal. BYO beverages and take home a plate.*

Providore Privee is back at The Pottery Studio following last year's sell out event with The Curated Plate. Experience the creativity of food and fine arts, glazing your own take home plate with The Pottery Studio’s glazing workshop, while enjoying platefuls of brilliant food from Sunshine Coast caterer and private chef, Providore Privee.

Arrive to roaming canapes and Chef cooking over a roaring fire pit. Bring along your favourite beverage to sip while learning the unique art of pottery glazing. Once your plate is looking gorgeous and glazed, the feast continues with another three courses showcasing the Sunshine Coast’s incredible local produce.

The menu might look something like this, pending the best seasonal produce at the time;

Chickpea fritters
Woombye cheddar, rosemary

Local tuna
Betal leaf, fingerlime, miso, sesame

Coal roasted Maleny Tripple cream brie
Perigord truffle, Focaccia

Sunny coast prawns
Mooloolaba prawns, fregola sarda, Noosa red tomatoes

Seasonal leaves
Herbs, vinaigrette, seeds

Lemon cream
Burnt meringue, macadamia, olive oil

*Your plates will be available 14 days after the event, once it has been fired.
