Guests will be treated to an exquisite contemporary menu designed by Saltwater Chef Nicole Stevenson with an infusion of fresh produce and native ingredients. Incorporating sustainable seafoods, local dairies, bushtucker and locally foraged flora to enhance the flavours this years Curated Plate event will be the company's best year yet. 

This experience will not only satisfy the stomach, but guests will embark on a cruise through the sparkling waterways of Mooloolaba learning about local ecology, sustainability and culture. 

$99 p/p includes 2 hour cruise, 5 courses and 1 glass of champagne or local Jarrah Boy beer.
