Flavours of the Coast

Flavours of the Coast is an exclusive Cotton Tree Beach Bar six course degustation event, featuring local produce sourced from the Sunshine Coast region.   

With a 5.30pm arrival leading into a 6pm sit down start, guests are welcomed with a gorgeous Beach Bar Spritz on arrival (Sunshine & Sons Gin, lemon juice & sparkling).  Guests are then seated and introduced to a fabulous six course degustation paired with beautiful wines to match each course.

Our chefs will be interactive throughout the duration of the event, introducing the dishes and describing them in further detail. Flavours of the Coast is designed to reflect the inclusive, professional and friendly culture that the Cotton Tree Beach Bar represents. To finish the six-course degustation, each guest will be presented with our Into the Future Cocktail, featuring Sunshine and Sons vodka, watermelon, peach and plum bitters, lime and cranberry.
