A fortunate meeting led to a blossoming relationship with Mike and Sandy of Stillmaker & Son’s Distillery. Subsequently we have been privileged to sample their maturing whiskies and can vouch that these will be some of the best drams Australia has ever produced. It’s that damn good! We are talking artisan small batch Single Malt Whisky proudly made and aged in Montville, where the cold south westerly winds and the summer ocean breezes meet the rolling green hills. A place with an exceptional water source and climatic conditions for creating a magical product. They haven’t rushed any part of the time-honoured traditions to make such quality whisky, and finally they are ready to release this to the world.
