Immerse yourself in a blend of high-octane raceday excitement and exquisite culinary exploration with "Racing Revolution: A Culinary Celebration", hosted by the Sunshine Coast Turf Club’s Atrium Dining, situated at the peak of the Members Enclosure. 

Set against the vibrant backdrop of The Curated Plate festival, we invite you to experience the pinnacle of local gastronomy and thrilling horse racing on Sunday, 4th August 2024. 

Upon your arrival, be welcomed with a refined glass of G.H.Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé, perfectly setting the tone for an afternoon of indulgence and elegance. The meticulously curated menu is locally sourced, offering a dining experience to please the palate and honor the rich tapestry of our region's food culture. 

This special event is further enriched with industry tipsters, and your chance to win an exclusive behind-the-scenes racing tour and Barrier Start experience, adding an extra dimension of thrill to your experience. 

The tastefully designed menu includes a celebratory glass of G.H.Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé. 

Entrée: A tasting plate featuring Natural Oysters with Buderim pickled ginger and finger lime caviar, alongside Tuna Tartare Toastadita’s with lemon gel, capers, cucumbers, and crème fraîche. 

Main Course: Ancho Chilli grilled Kilcoy Beef Tenderloin served with cauliflower puree, charred broccolini, and a black bean salad, drizzled with jus. 

Dessert: A selection of local cheeses including Woombye truffle triple cream brie and aged cheddar, complemented by 4559 hinterland honeycomb, local strawberries, and lavosh.
